Spring & Mulberry, founded by Kathryn Shah & Sarah Bell, is all about satisfying our sweet tooth with dates. Spring & Mulberry's cacao comes directly from a cooperative in Suhum, Ghana, the country's first biodynamic and organic farming region. Crafted from bean-to-bar using three ingredients: organic cacao beans, cacao butter, and dates. Made with 72% cacao and 0 grams of added sugar.
